Order Without Signing Up
You can also place an order without creating an account. Plus Custom Boxes allows customers to complete the order process through the website order form without account registration.
Order Process
Direct Order Placement

After selecting your required options, you can move to checkout and complete payment through our secure payment methods.
Order Through Quote Form
If you need fully customised packaging, you can submit your details through the quote form available on the website.

Printing Process
Design Selection
Customers may choose from available design options or request support from our packaging team. If you already have artwork, you can provide your design file in a suitable digital format.
Design Approval
Before printing begins, we share a 2D mockup or design proof for customer approval.
You must check the design carefully before approval. This includes spelling, logo placement, colours, size, text, layout, and all other artwork details.
Once the design is approved, we send it to production, and the printing process begins.
Colour Variations in Printed Design
Please note that printed colours may look slightly different from digital screen colours. This can happen because of printing methods, ink types, material surfaces, screen settings, or artwork quality.
By approving the final design, you agree that Plus Custom Boxes is not responsible for minor colour differences in the finished product.
We do not offer free reprints for colour variations caused by artwork limitations, file quality, printing limitations, or material texture.
Order Cancellation
There is a 4-hour waiting period after an order is placed. During this time, customers may request order cancellation.
If a cancellation request is made after 4 hours, 20% of the total order amount may be deducted because order planning, design, or production preparation may already have started.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the products have been delivered.
Plus Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, supply delays, or any other situation outside our control.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, 50% of the total order amount may be deducted. This is because design, printing, material preparation, or production work may already be in progress.
Overruns and Underruns
We always try to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of custom packaging production, the final quantity may have a 5% overrun or underrun.
To avoid shortage, customers are advised to order at least 10% extra, especially for bulk or time-sensitive orders.
No Liability for Approved Errors
Plus Custom Boxes sends design files or proofs for final customer review before printing.
Once the customer approves the artwork, Plus Custom Boxes will not be responsible for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Grammar mistakes
- Font issues
- Punctuation errors
- Incorrect graphics
- Logo placement errors
- Colour differences
- Cracking during finishing
- Overprinting issues
- Minor size differences in the final product
After approval, the customer accepts full responsibility for all design and content errors.
User Conduct
Our website uses SSL encryption to help protect customer information.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to provide correct personal, billing, shipping, and order details.
You must not upload, send, or submit any content that is false, harmful, offensive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, text, images, artwork, trademarks, or designs provided to us for printing.
Plus Custom Boxes is not responsible for any legal issue caused by customer-provided artwork or content.

Printing and Material
Plus Custom Boxes reserves the right to choose the printing method we consider most suitable for your order.
Customers must clearly mention their preferred material, coating, finish, or special requirement before production begins.
If you need food-grade material, you must request it before production. Food-grade material is not used by default unless it is specifically requested and confirmed.
Observed Holidays
Order processing, production, and delivery may take longer during UK public holidays or courier holidays.
